Please be advised that any request for witholding tax refund relevant to dividends paid by Natuzzi S.p.A. must be sent directly to the Italian Tax Authorities at the following address:

The Bank of New York Mellon is the transfer agent, registrar and dividend disbursing agent for Natuzzi's ADSs. Inquiries regarding ADS transfer requirements, address changes, dividend payments and lost certificates may be directed as follows:
